These Terms of Service govern your use of the Perinat app and website at getperinat.com. By creating an account or using Perinat, you agree to these Terms.
Perinat is a maternal nutrition tracking platform for preconception, pregnancy, and lactation. It provides nutrient tracking, food logging, photo meal analysis, supplement tracking, and partner features.
Perinat is an informational tool only — not a medical device. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Perinat.
After trial expiry, free users have access to 6 critical nutrients, 2 photo analyses per day, unlimited food search, basic alerts, and 7-day history. Premium features require a paid subscription.
You agree not to use Perinat for unlawful purposes, attempt to hack or reverse-engineer the app, upload false or harmful content, share account credentials, or use automated tools to scrape the app.
Perinat provides generalised nutritional information based on established dietary guidelines. It does not constitute medical advice. Upper limit warnings are informational only. We are not liable for health outcomes resulting from use of the app.
All content, design, and functionality of Perinat is the property of Perinat. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the app. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perinat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
We may update these Terms from time to time with notice via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
